Lead and Grow with Us We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Plant Manager/General Manager to lead our St. Louis facility. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to drive operational performance, lead a large team, and play a key role in NOVO’s continued growth. As General Manager, you will have full ownership of the site—from P&L performance and strategic execution to team leadership and regulatory compliance—while ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership • Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals • Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and market competitiveness Operational Excellence • Lead all aspects of facility operations including production, quality, safety, maintenance, and logistics • Optimize throughput, efficiency, and capacity planning • Implement best-in-class processes to maximize productivity and service delivery Financial Leadership • Own full P&L responsibility for the facility • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics • Leverage data and KPIs to drive continuous improvement Team Leadership & Development • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team • Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement • Oversee talent acquisition, training, and performance management Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, DOT/FMCSA, Joint Commission) • Lead audits, safety initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies Customer & Stakeholder Engagement • Strengthen customer relationships and ensure high service satisfaction • Partner effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field • 5+ years of Plant Manager/General Manager or senior operations leadership experience • Experience in industrial laundry operations (tunnel systems preferred); healthcare linen experience preferred but not required • Proven success managing high-volume operations (10M+ pounds annually preferred) • Strong P&L ownership and financial acumen • Experience with Continuous Improvement efforts • Knowledge of Joint Commission, infection control, and regulatory standards • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills What We Offer • Competitive compensation package • Paid holidays and generous PTO • 401(k) with company match • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • FSA & HSA options • Life and AD&D insurance • Long-term disability coverage • Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding organization Why NOVO Health Services?
