Lead and execute enhancement activities for high-complexity MAS solutions, collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
Requires hands-on Maximo experience, certification, manufacturing domain knowledge, and leadership skills.
Must-Have Skills • Strong hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (v7.6 or higher) – Implementation, Upgrade & Support • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Maximo implementations, preferably for Manufacturing customers • Hands-on experience with: • Maximo Application Suite (MAS) 8.x / 9.x • MAS Health & Monitor • DB2 Database • Preferably certified in MAS 8/9 • Experience working with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines, Work Item Tracking) • Ability to lead and collaborate with high-performance teams • Strong functional and technical understanding of Asset Management processes Good-to-Have Skills • Manufacturing domain experience with Maximo E2E implementations • Experience conducting workshops (requirements, design, UAT) for Rail or Manufacturing customers • Experience delivering Maximo user training for business groups • Knowledge of infrastructure & environment planning (middleware, servers, database components) • Exposure to MAS Predict, MRIO, or other MAS add-ons Roles & Responsibilities • Lead and execute enhancement activities for a high-complexity MAS solution with associated add-ons • Drive design & implementation for epics using an agile delivery mindset • Collaborate closely with internal teams, client stakeholders, and 3rd-party vendors for solution decisions • Ensure compliance with delivery timelines, proactively plan future sprint cycles & quarterly deliverables • Provide status reports to client leadership and internal TCS management • Support testing cycles, validate functionality, and ensure alignment with business objectives • Act as a key SME for Asset Management processes within MAS ---
