Job Title: Project Manager – Steel Manufacturing Location: Texas Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 Introduction Our client is a growing manufacturing business supporting the power and utilities sectors across the United States. The company is focused on delivering high-quality, engineered solutions to a diverse customer base, with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency, project delivery, and customer satisfaction. Day to Day • Manage customer orders from award through engineering, production, delivery, and invoicing. • Coordinate engineering, purchasing, fabrication, quality, and logistics to meet project deadlines and budgets. • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts, resolving technical queries and managing changes. • Monitor production schedules, material availability, quality requirements, and delivery commitments. • Maintain customer communication, project documentation, and commercial cost control. Requirements • 5+ years of project management experience in steel fabrication, structural steel, or heavy manufacturing. • Project engineering experience strongly preferred. • Ability to read engineering drawings, bills of materials, and technical specifications. • Experience managing multiple projects within a manufacturing environment. • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. • Able to work on-site as required in Midland, Texas, with flexibility for monthly travel. • Must be authorised to work in the US; visa sponsorship is unavailable. 📩 Apply Now!
