Position Description: The Senior Client Implementation Manager leads complex, multi workstream implementations of Novara solutions, driving clarity, executive alignment, and measurable business outcomes from project kickoff through transition to Customer Success. This role serves as a strategic advisor to customer stakeholders, shaping governance structures, anticipating risks, and ensuring high quality, on time delivery across a portfolio of concurrent enterprise or high visibility projects. Success in this role requires advanced customer leadership, executive presence, strong cross functional influence, and the ability to orchestrate complex programs while maintaining a disciplined, outcomes based implementation approach. Responsibilities: • Lead complex, multi workstream customer implementations, establishing governance structures and executive level alignment to drive measurable business outcomes. • Serve as the strategic advisor to strategic customer stakeholders, shaping implementation approach, influencing decisions, and maintaining strong executive sponsorship throughout the program. • Own end to end project delivery, managing comprehensive plans, critical paths, dependencies, and formal change control to ensure on time, high quality execution. • Anticipate and mitigate systemic risks, maintaining disciplined RAID documentation and leading escalation paths that protect scope, timelines, and outcomes. • Lead requirements, design, and technical workstreams, translating business objectives into scalable configurations and overseeing complex integrations, data flows, and authentication models. • Deliver executive ready communication, crafting concise narratives, presenting status and tradeoffs, and facilitating decision making across high visibility stakeholders. • Drive customer readiness and value realization, ensuring adoption focused training, UAT strategy, go live preparedness, and a seamless transition to Customer Success. • Mentor and elevate the implementation team, contributing to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and consistent delivery standards across the organization. Knowledge, Experience, Requirements: • 4+ years in client facing implementation, program management, consulting, or enterprise onboarding roles. • Proven experience leading multi workstream or enterprise level SaaS implementations. • Strong understanding of CRM, PSA, or project management systems (Salesforce preferred). • Advanced technical aptitude (data flows, APIs, SFTP, SSO/SCIM, system configuration, and integration design). • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead customer governance structures. • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and escalation management skills. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; PMP or similar certification is a plus. Success Criteria: • Consistently delivers complex implementations on time, within scope, and aligned to defined business outcomes, maintaining disciplined project management that drives high customer satisfaction. • Establishes strong customer governance and executive alignment, resulting in confident decision making, proactive communication, and a highly trusted delivery experience reflected in strong CSAT and minimal escalations. • Proactively anticipates and mitigates systemic risks, using structured RAID practices to prevent delays, protect scope, and maintain a smooth, low friction project environment for all stakeholders. • Drives early value realization and long term account growth by enabling strong adoption, ensuring a seamless transition to Customer Success, identifying expansion opportunities tied to customer needs, and elevating team capability through mentorship and process contributions.
