Job Summary Lead manufacturing operations to deliver exceptional safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. In this role, you’ll drive continuous improvement, optimize workflows, and build high-performing teams that enable business growth. Key Responsibilities Build and develop a high-performing operations team through hiring, training, and coaching. Drive operational excellence by implementing Lean principles and improving throughput, on-time delivery, and inventory accuracy. Develop and enforce policies and workflows that ensure compliance and efficiency. Use visual management tools to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. Monitor and report on key metrics: Throughput Rate, On-Time Delivery, Net Profit Margin, Inventory Accuracy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Manufacturing, or related field. Proven experience leading teams and managing complex processes in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
