Build AI agents and automations for go-to-market and customer operations while managing product communications, usage dashboards, and CRM workflows.
Requires a bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience, with analytical ability and technical curiosity; AI automation experience is relevant.
About Titan Banking AI The financial system is the backbone of America’s economy, yet today’s AI is ungoverned, unaccountable, and unfit for banking and financial services. Titan was founded to change that. We are doing this by offering a purpose-built, bank-native AI Platform as a Service that enables financial institutions and fintechs to innovate safely, scale efficiently, and strengthen their role in serving their customers and communities. We’re looking for a Technical Associate to join our growth team and help build and manage the AI agents and automations that power our go-to-market and customer operations. From documentation and release communications to customer reporting and sales operations, you’ll own and improve the systems that keep everything running efficiently. What You'll Do Build AI automations: Develop and improve AI agents, Claude workflows, and internal tools that eliminate manual work. Own product communications: Manage documentation, release notes, product tutorials, and customer updates. Drive customer insights: Build usage reports, maintain dashboards, and track customer outcomes. Improve sales operations: Automate CRM workflows, maintain internal databases, and streamline processes. Support growth: Research competitors, document AI use cases, and help onboard customers. Who We're Looking For Recent graduate or early-career candidate with a strong academic background in engineering, CS, business, or a related field. Technically curious, with exposure to GitHub, scripting, automation tools, or AI agents. Strong analytical thinker and clear communicator. Resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable figuring things out independently. Low ego, high ownership, and willing to tackle both technical challenges and everyday operational work. Bonus: Internships in engineering, consulting, product, or operations; experience building AI automations or side projects; interest in fintech. Why Titan Real ownership: Build systems the team uses every day, not just support projects. Direct exposure: Work closely with leadership, engineers, and customers. AI-first environment: Gain practical experience building with frontier AI tools. Career growth: Opportunity to take on broader responsibilities across growth, product, and operations as the company scales.
