Perform field installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ESP systems, ensuring safety and quality standards.
High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience with ESP systems preferred, strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work outdoors and lift equipment.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform field installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ESP systems. Ensure job quality through adherence to procedures and safety standards. Accurately complete field service documentation and job reports. Communicate effectively with field leadership and customers. Maintain all company-issued equipment and tools. Follow all NOV HSE and operational policies. FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate activities on-site with supervisors and engineers. Report job site incidents, near misses, and abnormal conditions. Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in safety meetings. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 2+ years of experience with ESP systems preferred. Technical/vocational training in mechanical or electrical systems is a plus. JOB REQUIREMENTS Strong reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to lift equipment and work in outdoor oilfield environments. Familiarity with MS Office Suite and electronic job reporting tools.
