Title: Business Development Manager / Supplier Relations Manager USA/UK Key Responsibilities Supplier Relations • Develop, negotiate, and manage supplier agreements with hotels and other travel partners. • Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements and identifying opportunities for improvement. • Analyse market trends to identify new supplier opportunities and enhance existing partnerships. • Collaborate with suppliers to secure exclusive deals, preferred rates, and value-added services. • Act as the main point of contact for escalations and relationship management. Business Development • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the agency’s corporate and entertainment travel client portfolio. • Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients. • Collaborate with the Management team to implement lead generation and client acquisition strategies. • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and supplier meetings to build brand visibility and foster partnerships. • Track and report on business development pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or related field. • 5+ years’ experience in business travel, corporate travel management, or supplier relations. • Strong negotiation and contract management skills. • Proven track record in business development and achieving revenue targets. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and financial data. • Proficiency in Sabre GDS system and travel technology platforms (preferred). • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
