This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, data-driven individual interested in the intersection of product management, commercial strategy, and sales execution. The intern will work closely with Product Management, Sales/Program Management, and Operations teams to evaluate how 1) customers are performing against contractual commitments, including volumes, pricing, and growth targets and 2) how we can improve our portfolio performance from a margin and growth perspective. Using our ERP system and other internal tools, this individual will help build a repeatable tracking and reporting mechanism to create transparency, trigger active customer communication and drive results. Key Responsibilities • Support the Product Management team with research, data analytics, and assessments. • Help track product performance metrics and report findings to stakeholders. • Participate in cross-functional meetings with sales, program management, and operations. • Prepare documentation and reports to support strategic planning and decision-making. • Extract, validate, and analyze commercial data from the ERP system and other tools. • Build and maintain a contract performance tracking model, including volumes, forecast adherence, pricing thresholds, and target achievement. • Develop dashboards that show customer progress relative to contractual commitments. • Identify performance gaps or commercial risks by customer. • Partner with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment on contract execution. • Assist with ad-hoc analyses related to product portfolio performance, pricing, and market trends as needed. Requirements • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field with a minimum of 3 semesters already completed. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with ERP systems, BI tools, or CRM is a plus. • Familiarity with AI tools is preferred.
