Must pass multiple licensing exams, have a high work ethic, resiliency, and self-marketing skills; experience in management or financial planning is preferred but not demonstrated in your resume.

Responsibilities for Year 1: • Learn to build your own Financial Planning Practice by guiding and coaching clients toward their financials goals. • Learn how to attract and build a team. • Pass Exams: Life, Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and Series 6 Responsibilities for Year 2: • Explore leadership and mentor roles. • Continue running and building your own Financial Planning Practice. • Further your personal education with continued licensing. Responsibilities for Year 3 through Retirement are unique to the individual and within their control. Leadership and additional growth opportunities will be discussed in the interview process.
