Northwest Towers designs and builds rugged solutions for industrial applications like mining, construction, shipping, and manufacturing, with fixed PTMP, PTP, and mobile wireless network systems (MESH/5G/LTE). Role Summary The Operations & Administrative Coordinator supports day-to-day business operations by providing administrative, marketing, travel, event, and accounting support across multiple teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site work environment. Administrative & Operations Support • Provide general administrative support to executive staff, sales engineers, and operations teams • Manage calendars, scheduling, and coordination of internal meetings • Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and physical files, records, and documentation • Draft and format internal and external communications as needed Marketing & Social Media Support • Assist with basic marketing activities, including social media posting and content coordination • Schedule and publish approved content across company social media channels • Maintain consistency of branding and messaging across platforms • Track basic engagement metrics and assist with reporting Travel Coordination & Scheduling • Coordinate and book domestic and international travel for sales engineers and executive staff, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation • Manage itinerary changes, cancellations, and supporting documentation • Ensure travel arrangements align with project schedules and company policies Trade Show & Event Planning • Support planning and logistics for trade shows, conferences, and company events • Coordinate shipping of materials, booth assets, and promotional items • Assist with vendor coordination, schedules, and on-site logistics as needed • Maintain event calendars, timelines, and task lists Accounting & Bookkeeping Support • Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, expense tracking, and invoice processing • Support expense reporting and documentation in accordance with company policy • Coordinate with external accounting or finance partners as needed • Maintain organized financial records and supporting documentation Additional Support • Assist with purchasing coordination, order tracking, and vendor communications • Support internal process documentation and continuous improvement efforts • Perform additional administrative or operational tasks as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus • Prior experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role preferred • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities • Proficiency with standard office tools (email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Preferred Skills • Experience supporting marketing or social media activities • Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or accounting support functions • Experience coordinating travel and events • Comfort working in a technical, engineering, or industrial environment • Experience using collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, project trackers, or CRM systems Compensation & Benefits • Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications. • Health & Dental Insurance: Eligibility for 100% company-sponsored health and dental care plans in accordance with company policy. • Paid Time Off (PTO): Includes paid vacation, sick leave, and company-recognized holidays, subject to eligibility and policy guidelines.
