Position Overview: Northwest Fire Systems LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Fire Alarm Project Manager to lead and grow our Fire Alarm Division. This is a key leadership role within our organization, focused on driving efficiency, supporting field teams, and implementing best practices for long-term departmental growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong field experience, leadership capability, and a commitment to excellence in fire alarm systems management. Key Responsibilities • Key Responsibilities • Manage fire alarm projects from planning through completion • Support and mentor field technicians • Serve as backup for fire alarm finals and provide emergency field support when necessary • Improve department processes, efficiency, and performance metrics • Monitor project margins and ensure profitability goals are met • Assist in the growth and development of the Fire Alarm Division • Maintain strong communication between office and field teams • Qualifications • Extensive experience in the fire alarm field • EL-06 Washington State Electric License (required) • NICET FA Level II in Fire Alarm Systems (required) • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to relate to and support field personnel. • Ability to multitask and a proven track record delivering result. • Clean driving record (required for company vehicle insurance coverage) • Compensation & Benefits • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Compensation & Benefits • 401(k) Program • Enrollment periods occur twice per year. • Eligible after six months of employment • Paid Vacation • Company-Paid Public Holidays • Sick Leave: 6 days annually (accrued at 4 hours per month beginning at hire) • Company Vehicle • Provided for business use • Personal use permitted per company policy • Must maintain a clean driving record. • Company Cell Phone and Computer If you are a licensed NICET-certified professional ready to take ownership of a growing Fire Alarm Division and play a vital leadership role, we encourage you to apply today.
