Duties • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance management • Develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to B2B (business-to-business) clients, leveraging marketing insights and market analysis • Identify new business opportunities by conducting outreach, networking, and engaging with potential clients across various industries • Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive account management and personalized service • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data trends, and optimize sales pipelines • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate leads for technology solutions • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining profitability • Oversee the onboarding of new clients and coordinate technical sales presentations to demonstrate product value propositions effectively Qualifications • Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record in B2B sales, particularly within technology or related sectors • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a sales team in a fast-paced environment • Strong business development skills with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into loyal customers • Excellent negotiation abilities coupled with exceptional communication skills to build trust and close deals effectively • Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce along with analysis skills to interpret sales data for strategic decision-making • Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to lead generation and brand positioning in competitive markets • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while delivering outstanding customer service • Technical sales experience is preferred, along with familiarity with industry-specific products or services Join us as we empower our team members to succeed!
