Responsibilities involve handling administrative complaints for department, researching accounts and preparing responses to complaints and inquiries. Qualifications REQUIRED: 1. a. Two (2) years experience in customer service, collections, or related field, OR; b. Associate's Degree in Business. 2. Good verbal communication skills. PREFERRED: 1. B.S. degree in Business or Accounting. 2. Basic knowledge of hospital terminology applicable to patient billing. 3. Three (3) years experience in customer service, collections, or related field. 4. Completed course in Medical Terminology. Work Hours: 7:30am-4:15pm
