About the Role Northpoint Asset Management is seeking a highly organized, proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our Charlotte portfolio. This role blends hands-on field work with remote administrative duties- ideal for a leader who excels at coordinating vendors, solving problems, and keeping projects moving efficiently. Mileage reimbursement is provided for approved work-related travel. What You’ll Do • Spend 20–25 hours per week in the field handling inspections, assessments, and higher-level work orders • Use remaining hours working from home managing vendors, approving quotes, troubleshooting issues, and communicating with residents and clients • Oversee maintenance quality, timelines, and workflow • Ensure high standards of property condition and client satisfaction • Track job progress, scheduling, and cost efficiency • Support emergency response needs when necessary What You Need • Reliable car, phone, and computer required • Strong residential maintenance knowledge • Experience supervising technicians or contractors preferred • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently while staying highly accountable Why You’ll Love Working With Us • Competitive salary $71,000 + 20% annual bonus potential • Flexible structure: blend of field and remote work • Autonomy to run your region with strong support from leadership • Opportunity to make a visible impact on property performance and resident satisfaction Job Type: Full-time Pay: $71,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off Application Question(s): • Are you able to do some light travel at company expense?
