You’ll lead by example, promote positive outcomes, and help create a safe, empowering environment where everyone can thrive. What You’ll Be Doing Day To Day ✨ Supporting the Service Manager with the smooth running of the service ✨ Leading, supervising, and mentoring Support Workers ✨ Encouraging independence and positive daily living for the people we support ✨ Administering medication safely and in line with best practice ✨ Allocating shifts and duties to ensure consistent, high-quality care ✨ Championing person-centred care and building positive relationships with families ✨ Maintaining accurate, respectful records ✨ Promoting safeguarding, dignity, and confidentiality at all times Every day will bring challenges — but also the reward of seeing real progress, confidence, and recovery. 🔍 About You You’ll be someone who genuinely cares, leads with empathy, and isn’t afraid to step up when it matters. We’re Looking For ✔️ Experience supporting adults with mental health needs or learning disabilities (in inpatient or challenging settings) ✔️ Experience with substance misuse is a bonus ✔️ Leadership experience — or the ambition to take that next step ✔️ Calm, resilient, and compassionate approach ✔️ Strong communication and team-working skills ✔️ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) ✔️ Right to work in the UK Our values are simple but powerful: Positive.
