Role Description The Program Manager MSW will oversee and coordinate social service programs, ensuring their effective implementation and compliance with organizational goals and state regulations. Responsibilities include program development, staff supervision, case management, and maintaining partnerships with community organizations. The role also entails providing support and resources to client families, monitoring program outcomes, and preparing reports. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Concord, CA. Qualifications • Strong program management and development skills, including strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation. • Experience in supervisory roles, team leadership, and staff training. • Proficiency in case management practices, family support services, and community engagement. • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required; LCSW license preferred. • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to social services programs. • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment. • Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to promoting equity and inclusion.
