We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee operations across 4+ concierge-style medical clinics within the region (South – Farmington, Warwick). This role is critical in driving operational performance, financial outcomes, and clinical quality while ensuring a consistently exceptional 5-star patient experience. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, developing and supporting strong teams, and ensuring operational excellence across all assigned locations. What You’ll Do Strategic & Financial Leadership Own clinic financials: order processing & expense control. Partner with leadership on staffing models, growth planning, and forecasting. Analyze KPIs, implement corrective actions, and report results. Multi-Clinic Oversight Lead operations across multiple clinics, ensuring consistency in protocols, workflows, and service standards. Drive efficiency in patient flow, scheduling, and service delivery. Oversee labs, compliance, and quality assurance. Team Leadership Mentor and develop clinical and administrative teams. Conduct reviews, set clear expectations, and build a culture of accountability. Patient Experience & Compliance Uphold a 5-star service model with exceptional patient care. Monitor satisfaction data and implement improvements. Ensure regulatory compliance (CLIA, OSHA, certifications). Strong background in inventory, labs, and compliance oversight. Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (advanced clinical certification a plus).
