With five hospital campuses and a network of over 1,300 providers, NGHS is committed to delivering exceptional care through: • Clinical excellence across a comprehensive range of specialties • Innovative technology and forward-thinking approaches to patient care • A collaborative culture that empowers physicians and providers • A mission-driven focus that prioritizes patients and strengthens communities • We are committed to improving the health of our community in all we do Palliative Practice Overview: • Inpatient -consult only service • Outpatient Palliative Care clinic • Work with a team to provide symptoms management and goals of careon-siteat our Gainesville campus • Teleservice provided to satellite campuses • Desirable schedule Monday through Friday 8am-5pm • Service Line supported by dedicated: • Advanced Practitioners • Licensed Clinical Social Workers • Chaplain • Growing program with opportunity to work with residents and fellows Hospice Practice Overview: • Dedicated hospice team serving patients for 40 years. • Inpatient Hospice Unit at main campus- 7 bed unit • Free standing 16 bed hospice currently under construction just minutes from main campus • Physicians support nursing and interdisciplinary staff by providing oversight for home hospice and in-home palliative care • Desirable schedule Monday through Friday schedule • Service Line supported by dedicated: • Advanced Practitioners • Licensed Clinical Social Workers • Chaplains • Designated nurse staffing for after hour, weekend & holiday care • Growing program with opportunity to work with residents and fellows Working together with Physicians like you: • BC/BE Hospice and Palliative Care • Active Georgia license or ability to obtain unrestricted license • 2 years of post-fellowship experience preferred, but not required • Passion for quality and patient care • Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives About NGPG Northeast Georgia Physicians Group (NGPG), one of the largest multi-specialty groups in Georgia, brings together more than 650 talented physicians and advanced practitioners representing 35 specialties at over 80 locations.
