Northbound Executive Search is seeking a high-performing professional to join our Temporary Staffing division as a Full-Desk Recruiter. We are looking for someone with relevant experience and demonstrated success who understands the value of being part of a highly regarded brand while partnering with the most sought-after clients in the region. Responsibilities: • Take your delivery-side experience to the next level by identifying and securing potential business development opportunities within our existing client base. • Identify and optimize best-in-class sales/candidate recruiting initiatives and approaches that deliver strong value to the team. • Represent recruited candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, preparing them for interviews and advising them as they evaluate career opportunities. • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective customers by offering ideas, insights and solutions that will maximize success. Qualifications: • At least 1 year of demonstrated recruiting experience, or the equivalent sales/business development experience outside of the industry. • A strong will to win, a highly competitive mindset, open communicator and a willingness to work hard to generate results. • Workflow management skills – ability to effectively utilize CRM systems and databases. • Customer centric orientation, good attitude, strong financial motivation, flexible mindset and desire to have fun.
