Each Sales Representative hired will get personalized training in various areas of business, including, but not limited to: • leadership development • sales and marketing • customer-facing, sales relations • customer service and customer acquisition Initial Sales Representative Responsibilities: • work directly with customers (in-person) to discuss and support their needs in a service-based industry • utilize the best technology the industry can offer for better customer service and delivery • work directly with the management team on individual training and sales development • this job involves in-person sales to new customers • meet weekly sales targets Additional Job Requirements for the Sales Representative Position: • Bachelor's degree is preferred • Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills • Self-starter • 0-3 years previous experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred • Team-oriented with leadership qualities Work Perks at North: • Hands on training and development • Paid training • Competitive weekly pay ranging between $65,000-72,000 in uncapped commissions • Team-like culture With huge goals of nationwide growth, we’re always up to something at North Inc!
