Overview We are seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to oversee large scale ERP programs spanning multiple plants and workstreams. This role is responsible for managing multiple related projects coordinating vendors and ensuring delivery across manufacturing operations. This position operates at a program level rather than a single project level. Key Responsibilities Own overall program delivery for ERP initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites Manage multiple project managers and workstreams simultaneously Coordinate internal teams and external partners including system integrators Track dependencies risks budgets and milestones across the program Provide executive level reporting and governance Ensure alignment between ERP strategy and plant level execution Required Experience Ten plus years managing ERP programs in manufacturing environments Experience leading multi plant multi year ERP initiatives Strong background working in highly outsourced delivery models Deep understanding of manufacturing and supply chain systems Experience working alongside firms such as Accenture or similar integrators North Point Technology is THE BEST place to work for curious-minded engineers motivated to support our country’s most crucial missions!
