Now Hiring: Engineering Recruiting Sourcer (Long Term Contract) | NYC (Onsite) I’m partnering with a large financial services firm in New York to bring on a contract Sourcer who enjoys deep research and building strong technical pipelines. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a globally recognized organization working on complex, high-impact engineering hiring. This is a hands-on sourcing role where you’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring partners to identify and engage top-tier software engineers across global markets. If you enjoy mapping talent landscapes, refining outreach, and using data to shape strategy, this could be a strong fit. What you’ll be doing: • Building and executing sourcing strategies for priority engineering hires • Proactively identifying and engaging technical talent across platforms and networks • Partnering with recruiters early in the process to shape pipelines and calibrate on profiles • Tracking outreach performance and using insights to improve results • Supporting pipelines across key hubs like NYC and London, with potential global reach What they’re looking for: • ~2+ years in a sourcing or research-heavy recruiting role • Experience supporting technical or engineering searches • Strong written outreach and ability to connect authentically with candidates • Naturally curious, analytical, and highly organized • Comfortable working onsite in NYC, Monday–Friday Compensation: $65,000-$100,000 depending on experience
