Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager for one of our OEM clients headquartered in Southeastern Ohio. This role is pivotal in overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance to meet organizational goals. What You'll Do: - You will manage and lead the service department to deliver exceptional customer service. - You will coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. - You will develop and implement service policies and procedures. - You will monitor service metrics and prepare reports for senior management. - You will handle customer escalations and resolve service-related issues. - You will train and mentor service staff to enhance their skills and performance. - You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to support business growth. - You will ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. What You Bring: - You bring at least 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing sector. - You bring strong leadership and team management skills. - You bring excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - You bring proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You bring problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer escalations effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with OEM clients. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. - Background in technical training or certification. - Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
