Role Overview: As a Service Manager for one of our OEM clients headquartered in Southeastern Ohio, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance. This role demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to excellence. What You'll Do: - You will manage and lead the service department to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction. - You will coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. - You will develop and implement service policies and procedures to enhance productivity. - You will monitor service metrics and prepare reports for senior management. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly. - You will train, mentor, and evaluate service staff to foster professional growth. - You will collaborate with sales and parts departments to optimize service offerings. - You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. What You Bring: - You bring at least 5 years of experience in service management within the automotive or OEM industry. - You have strong leadership and team management skills. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - You have a solid understanding of service operations and customer service principles. - You are proficient in using service management software and MS Office.
