Role Overview: As a Service Manager for one of our OEM clients headquartered in Southeastern Ohio, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage resources efficiently and foster strong client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the service department to achieve operational excellence. - You will develop and implement service strategies that align with company goals. - You will oversee customer service processes to ensure high satisfaction levels. - You will coordinate with other departments to streamline service delivery. - You will manage budgets, schedules, and service contracts effectively. - You will train, mentor, and motivate service team members. - You will analyze service metrics and prepare reports for senior management. - You will handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and urgency. What You Bring: - You bring at least 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing sector. - You bring strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams. - You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You bring proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You bring the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with OEM clients in Southeastern Ohio. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. - Certification in service management or related fields. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
