This role is pivotal in overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance to meet organizational goals. What You'll Do: - You will manage and lead the service department to deliver exceptional customer service. - You will coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. - You will develop and implement service policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. - You will monitor service metrics and prepare reports for senior management. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly. - You will train, mentor, and evaluate service staff to foster professional growth. - You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to support product serviceability. - You will ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
