What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the service department to achieve operational excellence. - You will develop and implement service strategies that align with company goals. - You will oversee customer service processes to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues. - You will coordinate with other departments to optimize service delivery. - You will monitor service metrics and prepare reports for senior management. - You will train, mentor, and motivate service team members to enhance performance. - You will manage budgets and control costs within the service department. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What You Bring: - You have at least 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing sector. - You possess strong leadership and team management skills. - You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - You are proficient in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have a solid understanding of budgeting and financial management. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with OEM clients or in the automotive industry. - Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. - A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. - Certification in service management or project management.
