What You Bring: - You bring at least 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing sector. - You have strong leadership and team management skills. - You possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - You are proficient in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You have a solid understanding of budgeting and financial management. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with OEM clients or in a manufacturing environment. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. - Certification in service management or related fields. - Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
