What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing sector. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements. - Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
