Role Overview: As a Service Manager for one of our OEM clients headquartered in Southeastern Ohio, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to quality service delivery. What You'll Do: - You will manage and lead the service department to meet and exceed customer expectations. - You will develop and implement service strategies that align with company goals. - You will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and resource allocation. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams. - You will monitor service performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - You will handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and prompt resolution. - You will coordinate training and development programs for service staff. - You will collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives. What You Bring: - You bring at least 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing sector. - You bring strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams. - You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You bring the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - You bring proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with OEM clients in Southeastern Ohio. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. - Certification in service management or related fields. - Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
