Role Overview: As a Service Manager for one of our OEM clients headquartered in Southeastern Ohio, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the service department to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership and a commitment to maintaining high service standards. What You'll Do: - You will manage daily operations of the service department to meet company goals and customer expectations. - You will lead, mentor, and develop a team of service technicians and support staff. - You will coordinate with other departments to streamline service processes and improve workflow. - You will monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally. - You will manage service budgets, inventory, and resource allocation effectively. - You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. - You will prepare reports on service performance and present findings to senior management. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing industry. - Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
