Role Overview: As a Service Manager for one of our OEM clients headquartered in Southeastern Ohio, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage resources efficiently while maintaining high service standards. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage the service department to achieve operational excellence. - You will develop and implement service strategies that align with company goals. - You will oversee customer service processes to ensure timely and effective resolution of issues. - You will coordinate with other departments to optimize service delivery. - You will monitor service metrics and prepare reports for senior management. - You will train, mentor, and motivate service team members to enhance performance. - You will manage budgets and control costs within the service department. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing sector. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
