What You Bring: - You bring at least 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing sector. - You bring strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams. - You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - You bring proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You bring strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with OEM clients in Southeastern Ohio. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. - Certification in service management or related fields. - Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
