Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager for one of our OEM clients headquartered in Southeastern Ohio. This role is pivotal in overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance to meet organizational goals. What You'll Do: - You will manage and lead the service department to deliver exceptional customer service. - You will coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. - You will develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. - You will monitor service metrics and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. - You will handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly. - You will train, mentor, and support service staff to enhance their skills and productivity. - You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to align service strategies with business objectives. - You will ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing sector. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with OEM clients or in a manufacturing environment. - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. - Certification in service management or related fields. - Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
