This role is pivotal in overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance to meet organizational goals. What You'll Do: - You will manage and lead the service department to deliver exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. - You will coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery. - You will develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - You will monitor service metrics and prepare reports for senior management. - You will handle escalated customer issues and provide effective resolutions. - You will train, mentor, and evaluate service staff to enhance their skills and performance. - You will collaborate with sales and technical teams to support product service and warranty processes. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing sector. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with OEM clients in Southeastern Ohio or similar markets. - Knowledge of warranty and product service processes. - Certification in service management or related fields. - Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
