Role Overview: As a Service Manager for one of our OEM clients headquartered in Southeastern Ohio, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving team performance. This role demands strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to excellence. What You'll Do: - You will manage and lead the service department to achieve operational goals and customer satisfaction. - You will develop and implement service strategies that align with company objectives. - You will oversee scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency. - You will ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all service activities. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs promptly. - You will mentor and train service staff to enhance skills and performance. - You will analyze service metrics and prepare reports for senior management. - You will collaborate with other departments to support overall business growth. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing sector. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
