What You Bring: - You bring at least 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing sector. - You bring strong leadership and team management skills. - You bring excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - You bring proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You bring a problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle customer issues effectively. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with OEM clients or in the automotive industry. - Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. - Technical background or understanding of mechanical systems. - Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
