What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in service management, preferably within the OEM or manufacturing sector. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with OEM clients or in the automotive industry. - Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. - Additional certifications in service management or related fields. - Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.
