This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to quality service delivery. What You'll Do: - You will manage daily service operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality customer service. - You will lead, mentor, and develop the service team to meet performance goals. - You will coordinate with other departments to streamline service processes and improve customer experience. - You will monitor service metrics and implement improvements to enhance productivity. - You will handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and prompt resolution. - You will oversee service budgets and resource allocation to optimize costs. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - You will contribute to strategic planning and service innovation initiatives.
