Company Description Flipping houses Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a General Contractor located in Matthews, NC. The General Contractor will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating subcontractors, communicating with clients and stakeholders, supervising construction activities, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. The role also involves managing renovations and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals efficiently. Qualifications • Proficiency in General Contracting and Construction Management • Strong Project Management and organization skills • Experience in overseeing Construction and Renovation projects • Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction techniques • Effective communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and stakeholders • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to manage project challenges • Familiarity with industry-standard software for project planning and management is a plus • Relevant certifications or a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
