Nordstrom is looking for a versatile Program Manager 2 responsible for leading the execution and delivery of strategic Nordstrom Credit product initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience and driving measurable impact that contributes to Nordstrom’s overall success. Position is Hybrid, located in Seattle, WA area. Key Responsibilities • Own and manage the execution schedules and delivery of credit projects and ensure project deliverables meet strategic objectives. • Collaborate effectively with Bank partners and with cross-functional partners across the organization, such as Platform configuration teams, Vendors, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Product Management, to define and align on business, technology, risk, and operational requirements while meeting key milestones and timelines. • Leverage industry insights and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation, drive continuous improvement, and optimize the performance of credit products. • Identify contingency plans where needed to mitigate any risks and remediate incidents in partnership with multiple teams as required. • Report validation of implementations to various stakeholders across bank partner and Nordstrom. • Contribute to the analysis of project results by sharing key operational data and learnings. • Participate in the annual, quarterly, and monthly planning efforts. Requirements • A Bachelor’s degree and/or 6+ years of related experience (e.g., program/project management, business administration, communications, consulting, marketing and customer experience • Experience in project management and leading through influence in complex fast-paced environments with progressively larger responsibility. • Experience in credit cards and/or payments a big plus. • Demonstrated ability to engage with business leaders, vendors and peers through effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills. • Can anticipate and adapt to new situations and/or changing demands and respond proactively to enhance the customer experience. • Ability to manage ambiguity by creating structure, process, and prioritization We’ve got you covered… Our employees are our most important asset and that’s reflected in our benefits.
