Job Overview The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all non-clinical operations of Nordic Pharmacy. This role oversees daily production targets, staffing strategy, workflow efficiency, cross-functional communication, and operational performance The Operations Manager serves as the central operational leader, ensuring the pharmacy runs efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with clinical and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities • Lead, motivate and supervise daily operations managing daily work priorities and output • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives and growth targets. • Make real-time staffing adjustments and workflow decisions • Oversee attendance, address employee concerns, and ensure performance accountability. • Create staff schedules, maintain time-off calendars, approve PTO, ensure adequate coverage - the right people are scheduled at the right time. • Establish, document, and continuously improve workflows and SOPs • Track and monitors operational metrics and implement continuous performance improvement to maintain performance, quality and efficiency • Coordinate across teams and ensures effective communication to all employees. • Oversees IT issues, facility operations/building maintenance, and supply ordering • Partner with Pharmacist In Charge and Regulatory Pharmacist to maintain compliance standards and ensure continuous inspection readiness. • Identify problems and fixes bottlenecks before they become bigger issues. • This operations manager keeps the operations reliable and compliant so patients are serviced on time, staff know what to do, systems work, and regulatory requirements are consistently met. Experience • Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading projects • Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and process improvement • Experience managing profit & loss statements and financial analysis skills • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Background in project management with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously • Familiarity with sales strategies and client relationship management is preferred • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational excellence is highly desirable This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to our company's success through strategic leadership and operational excellence.
