The Role The Digital Acquisition Manager will be responsible with growing new patients for client by driving meaningful traffic to our web properties and increasing the rate of conversion once on site. This growth will be achieved by a working in a variety of channels including SEO, paid search, local search, website strategy and others - so the right person will find fulfillment from being a jack-of-all-trades. Key Responsibilities The Digital Acquisition Manager will have the following key responsibilities, which include but are not limited to: Digital Acquisition Create and execute multi-channel lead generation and acquisition campaigns that drive high-quality leads to target KPIs via paid and organic search, including Google, Bing, and others. Monitor and report out on campaign insights and make changes when appropriate. Lead strategy and execution on growth initiatives, driving growth in on-site KPIs and new patient acquisition. This includes web strategy, SEO, CRO, and design initiatives. Support a robust test and learn team with expertise in CRO, A/B testing, UX design, and partner with engineering and dev teams to deliver site speed & web performance. Create user journeys, alter or create pages, and create A/B tests to optimize for conversion. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve patient acquisition. Develop an analytics knowledge base to propose measurement, assess and challenge digital measurement plans; leverage aggregate data to develop, implement and routinely update best practices for respective growth areas. Analyze trends in healthcare and digital acquisition, make proactive suggestions for optimizations, such as keyword research to identify content optimization opportunities to help drive SEO growth. Audit and evaluate technology solutions being used and identify opportunities to improve and/or create new tools and systems that will drive savings or generate new revenue. Write and edit content, including web content and blog posts, in alignment with brand style, goals and SEO best practices. Teamwork Work closely with relevant teams to take new product launches, creative assets and campaign ideas to market. Skills and Experience Proven track record of developing successful, data-driven acquisition strategies and managing both paid and/or organic search programs for large organizations Strong working experience with SEO platforms and tools such as BrightEdge, Conductor, Moz, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, etc. Strong knowledge of full-funnel digital advertising strategies by media type, such as Google Ads Working knowledge of CMS (Sitecore, WordPress), web optimization tools (VWO, Optimizely), and web analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, GA4) Expert-level proficiency with local listing providers such as Google Business, Bing Places, Apple Maps, and management tools like Bright Local, Moz Local, Yext, etc. BS/BA in related field, 5+ years related experience Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Proven success in utilizing analytics to measure performance, provide strategic recommendations, and determine next steps. Experience with data analysis in MS Excel and reporting tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio Strong attention to detail as well as ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Must demonstrate and embody Nordic’s maxims. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office products and other collaboration tools, including virtual meeting and cloud technologies. Additional Details Position is remote.
