Summary of the Role: The Business Line Marketer supports marketing activities and go-to-market execution related to a specific product or service line for Nordic. This role operationalizes and delivers marketing priorities set by senior marketing leadership. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and well-versed in the latest trends and best practices across B2B marketing. Job Responsibilities Support market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. Implement activities in support of marketing strategies and plans. Execute messaging frameworks established by senior leaders. Ensure brand consistency across all materials. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Manage campaign timelines and cross-functional coordination. Work closely with sales, solutions, and delivery teams to execute deliverables. Contribute to the defining and refining the positioning of services in the market. Create unique selling propositions and value propositions. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and effective promotional materials. Provide marketing support to sales teams to drive product/service adoption. Monitor and optimize marketing expenses to ensure a positive return on investment. Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies, adjusting as needed. Implement communication strategies to reach the target audience. Craft messaging, and content that resonates with the specific market segment. Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, to gather feedback and insights. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree required in business, marketing, or related field. 5+ years working in product or service marketing, preferably for a technology or business services company in healthcare with at least 3 years focused on service or segment marketing. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in implementing and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple touchpoints with proper reach and measurement of effectiveness. A history of working with matrixed, cross functional teams within a business unit structure and centralized, global marketing services. Knowledge of marketing, B2B marketing, regional, and field media best practices. Working knowledge of health information technology, electronic medical records, enterprise resource management, and managed services. Excellent time, budget management, and project management skills. Strong written communication and speaking skills with the ability to present.
