Job Summary The Business Analyst’s responsibilities include operational support and oversight in all aspects of our client’s relationship with cellular service providers. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of mobile voice and data services across the organization, including device procurement, account management, billing oversight, and basic troubleshooting in accordance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom account administration, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. All Nordic staff embrace Nordic’s maxims and mission to serve our customers. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all cellular carrier relationships. Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of mobile devices, including ordering, provisioning, activation, and deactivation. Monitor and maintain accurate records of active lines, devices, and associated users. Perform basic troubleshooting and support for mobile devices and service issues. Review and reconcile monthly carrier invoices to ensure billing accuracy and identify cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate with internal departments to forecast mobile needs and ensure timely fulfillment. Track usage trends and provide reporting to leadership on mobile service performance and expenditures through periodic dashboard reporting or other tools. Ensure compliance with company policies and carrier terms of service. Maintain documentation related to carrier accounts, contracts, and service changes. Support audits and vendor reviews as needed. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Experience Generally, requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, a Master’s degree and 3 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience and no degree. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role involving telecom account management, mobile device administration, or vendor coordination. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Documented proficiency with telecom carrier portals is a plus. Some experience with Apple Business Manager and/or mobile device management tools is preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
