Here is an overview of the job description: • Producing tech packs for domestic and international production (PLM / Excel) • Work hand in hand with design team to develop innovative products • Maintain and take ownership of master grade rule files and master pattern blocks • Manage fittings and communicate pattern changes to pattern makers; ensure correct changes are made • Work with design team to continue to fine tune pattern and construction details to achieve our client's goals • Maintaining internal product development and production tracking tools to align teammates and meet deadlines • Recording detailed pattern changes and maintaining detailed pattern and tech pack catalogs • If needed, checking patterns and markers prior to production (NYC production) • Coordinating delivery dates with sales and marketing team; work directly with factories to align on development and production deadlines • Delivering or ship PP samples and TOP for approval; schedule meetings to review TOPs; ensuring all garments match tech pack specs (measurements, trims, etc) within tolerance • Completing costing sheets and record costs • If needed, coordinate overseas importing process • If needed, booking overseas 3rd Party Lab QC and communicate results • Working with sales and marketing team to update ship dates • If needed, shipping products in and out as needed (of office) Benefits: • Exceptional health insurance • Convenient office location • 401K plan with employer contribution • Holidays and PTO Salary will be provided upon CV and cover letter submission.
