Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Shift - Day Shift Overview The Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) will provide advanced mental health services, including diagnosing and treating emotional/behavioral issues. The Social worker will offer psychotherapy (individual, group, family), create treatment plans, crisis intervention, and advocate for clients, all while maintaining independence, and focusing on holistic well-being and connecting clients to resources. Responsibilities • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders. • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address client needs and goals. • Respond to and manage mental health crises, such as trauma or abuse situations. • Maintain detailed, confidential records and ensure compliance with ethical standards. Requirements • 5+ years experience working as a Social worker. • LICSW license required Job Type: Contract Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour Experience: • Social worker: 5 years (Required) License/Certification: • LICSW (Required) Work Location: In person
