Leading social service organization seeks a Senior Director of the Adult Residential Services to provide clinical, operational, and fiscal oversight to supported housing programs serving adults with serious mental illness. Responsibilities • Provide overall clinical, operational, and fiscal leadership for assigned adult residential and supported housing programs • Supervise and support Program Directors, ensuring strong performance, accountability, and staff development • Ensure high-quality, person-centered services that achieve meaningful client outcomes and meet emerging community needs • Maintain compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and internal agency standards and policies • Ensure client safety, quality of care, and strong clinical standards across all programs • Oversee program budgets, fiscal performance, and responsible stewardship of agency resources • Use data and performance metrics to guide planning, service delivery, and continuous improvement • Develop and implement new programs, initiatives, and service enhancements • Collaborate with senior leadership, internal departments, and external partners to resolve challenges and advance agency goals • Provide on-call leadership and crisis response support as needed, including availability for urgent situations Qualifications: • Master's Degree required • LCSW, MSW, or LMHC preferred • Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in supportive housing, residential services, or related programs • Deep knowledge of services for adults with serious mental illness and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Schedule: • Hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote Please email resume to: Joshua Albucker Senior Vice President NOOR Staffing Group 646-492-5653 jalbucker@noorstaffing.com
