About the Role As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Senior Manager, ASO Sales to accelerate adoption of Noom’s digital behavioral health and chronic condition solutions through health plan partnerships. This role will focus on generating new employer sales by nurturing warm opportunities, managing a disciplined sales pipeline, and partnering with health plan teams to unlock demand and drive pull-through. You Will Leverage Noom’s contracted health plan channels to identify and pursue employer sales opportunities Collaborate with health plan counterparts to drive visibility, enablement, and group-level decisions Execute territory plans and structured sales processes focused on employer group penetration Conduct consultative sales meetings, aligning Noom’s offerings with employer goals around cost, outcomes, and engagement Deliver compelling presentations and ROI-driven financial narratives Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet activity benchmarks using Salesforce Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Customer Success teams Build referral networks with brokers, consultants, and distribution teams Represent Noom at industry events and use market insights to refine sales strategy Maintain high ethical standards and contribute to a collaborative team culture About You If you’re interested in shaping the future of health by expanding employer access to digital health solutions through health plan collaboration, this role may be for you! Other elements of Noom’s Compensation Package Noom offers a comprehensive and generous total rewards package. This generally includes stock awards, healthcare, disability & retirement benefits, paid holidays and paid leave, and various wellness programs, etc. Location This position is a remote role within the United States.
